“กองทัพภาคที่ 2” สรุปสถานการณ์ชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา ย้ำคุมเข้มความมั่นคง ดูแลผู้อพยพ 588 คนในพื้นที่ปลอดภัย
ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการกองทัพภาคที่ 2 ขอแถลงสถานการณ์การตามแนวชายแดนไทย - กัมพูชา ประจำวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2568 เวลา 14.00 น. โดยมีรายละเอียด ดังนี้
สถานการณ์โดยรวม กองกำลังทั้ง 2 ฝ่าย ยังคงวางกำลังตามแนวที่มั่นของตนเอง ฝ่ายไทย จัดกำลังพลประจำจุดเฝ้าตรวจตามเหตุการณ์ เพื่อติดตามความเคลื่อนไหว ของฝ่ายตรงข้าม และเตรียมความพร้อม ในการปฏิบัติตอบโต้ตามสถานการณ์
การดูแลผู้อพยพ อำนวยความสะดวกประชาชนจากพื้นที่เสี่ยงภัย ไปยังพื้นที่รวบรวมพลเรือน 5 ศูนย์ ในพื้นที่ จ.อุบลราชธานี 1 ศูนย์ 78 คน และในพื้นที่ จ.สุรินทร์ 4 ศูนย์ 510 คน ปัจจุบันมียอด 588 คน เนื่องจาก มีความวิตกกังวล ทั้งนี้ทางฝ่ายปกครองได้จัดชุดรักษาความปลอดภัยหมู่บ้าน เข้าดูแลพื้นที่บ้านเรือนของพี่น้องประชาชนอย่างต่อเนื่อง
การดำเนินงานด้านจิตอาสา ศอ.จอส.พระราชทาน จว.ศรีสะเกษ นายอนุพงศ์ สุขสมนิตย์ ผวจ.ศรีสะเกษ เยี่ยมให้กำลังใจทีมพัฒนาชุมชน ภาคีเครือข่ายการพัฒนา เปิดครัววันที่ 2 สนับสนุนจัดหาวัสดุ มาประกอบอาหาร และเยี่ยมหน่วยงานในพื้นที่ จิตอาสาพระราชทาน ประชาชนจิตอาสา ที่มาช่วยซ่อมแซมบ้านเรือนให้กับประชาชน จำนวน 29 หลังคาเรือน ณ อ.กันทรลักษ์ จว.ศรีสะเกษ
ศอ.จอส.พระราชทาน ภาค 2 ติดตามความคืบหน้าการสร้างบ้านให้ อส.ทพ. ประวิทย์ งามแสน ที่มีกำลังพลจิตอาสา ชุดช่าง และประชาชนจิตอาสาในพื้นที่ ร่วมการสร้างบ้าน หลังจากที่มีการขยายขนาดบ้าน ให้กว้างขึ้น ปัจจุบันได้ดำเนินการก่อสร้างเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว ณ ต.ชานุมาน อ.ชานุมาน จว.อำนาจเจริญ
กองทัพภาคที่ 2 ขอให้ประชาชนรับข้อมูลข่าวสารด้วยวิจารณญาณ และติดตามเฉพาะช่องทาง อย่างเป็นทางการจากหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบ หรือหน่วยงานด้านความมั่นคงในพื้นที่ ซึ่งสามารถตรวจสอบและยืนยันข้อเท็จจริงได้อย่างถูกต้อง เพื่อป้องกันความเข้าใจคลาดเคลื่อนจากข้อมูลที่ไม่เป็น ความจริง

The 2nd Army Area Operations Center reports the following situation along the Thai–Cambodian border as of 31 August 2025, 1400 hrs.:
Overall Situation Both Thai and Cambodian forces continue to maintain their positions along the border. The Thai side has deployed troops at observation posts to closely monitor the movements of the opposing forces and to remain fully prepared to respond to any situation that may arise.
Assistance to Displaced Persons Authorities, in coordination with government agencies, private organizations, and local communities, continue to provide assistance to civilians from risk areas by relocating them to designated civilian shelters. Currently, there are five (5) shelters operating: one (1) in Ubon Ratchathani Province with 78 displaced persons, and four (4) in Surin Province with 510 displaced persons. The total number of displaced persons now stands at 588, reflecting the public’s continued concern over the situation. Security teams have also been deployed to safeguard the homes and property of evacuated civilians.
Volunteer Spirit (Jit Arsa) Activities In Si Sa Ket Province, Mr. Anupong Suksamonit, Governor of Si Sa Ket, visited and encouraged community development teams and partner organizations operating the “Open Kitchen – Day 2” initiative, which provides essential supplies and food to affected civilians. Volunteers, together with local residents, have assisted in repairing 29 homes damaged by the ongoing situation in Kantharalak District, Si Sa Ket Province.
In Region 2, the Royal Thai Volunteer Center monitored the progress of the house construction for Volunteer Defense Soldier (Or Sor Thor Por) Prawit Ngamsaen. Military volunteer engineer teams, together with local civilian volunteers, participated in rebuilding his home. Following the decision to expand the original structure, the construction has now been fully completed at Chanuman Subdistrict, Chanuman District, Amnat Charoen Province.
Final Remark The 2nd Army Area Command urges the public to exercise discretion when consuming news and information. Citizens are advised to follow only official channels from agencies directly responsible for the border situation or security organizations in the area, which can provide accurate, verified, and timely information. This is essential to prevent misunderstandings or the spread of false information.
