‘หลานม่า’ ภาพยนตร์ไทยจาก GDH สร้างประวัติศาสตร์เป็นภาพยนตร์ไทยเรื่องแรกที่ฝ่าด่านหนังต่างประเทศ จำนวน 85 เรื่อง ได้รับคัดเลือกเป็น 1 ใน 15 เรื่องที่เข้ารอบรางวัลออสการ์ครั้งที่ 97 สาขา ภาพยนตร์ภาษาต่างประเทศยอดเยี่ยม (ACADEMY AWARDS / BEST INTERNATIONAL FEATURE FILM SHORTLIST) ซึ่งจะมีการประกาศผลว่าภาพยนตร์ทั้ง 15 เรื่องนี้ เรื่องใดจะเข้ารอบเป็น 5 เรื่องสุดท้าย ในวันที่ 17 มกราคม 2568 ส่วนงานประกาศผลผู้ชนะเลิศ จะมีขึ้นในวันที่ 2 มีนาคม 2568

‘How to Make Millions Before Grandma Dies’ Makes History! The First Thai Film to Enter the Oscar’s Final 15 Shortlist
‘How to Make Millions Before Grandma Dies’, a Thai film from GDH, makes history as the first Thai film to successfully advance from a selection of 85 foreign films to be shortlisted as one of 15 contenders for the 97th Academy Awards in the category of Best International Feature Film Shortlist. The announcement regarding which of these 15 films will progress to the final 5 will take place on January 17, 2025. The winners will be announced on March 2, 2025.
