ประเทศไทยไม่ได้รบกับกัมพูชา แต่กำลังต่อสู้กับ อาชญากรรมของโลก นี่ไม่ใช่สงครามชายแดน
หากแต่คือการทำสงครามกับ Scam Army
เครือข่ายอาชญากรรมเหล่านี้เป็นภัยคุกคามโดยตรงต่อ ระบบการเงินโลก ความมั่นคงทางไซเบอร์ และความปลอดภัยของประชาชนในหลายประเทศ ผลกระทบของ Scam Army ไม่หยุดอยู่เพียงในภูมิภาคใดภูมิภาคหนึ่ง แต่เชื่อมโยงถึงประชาชน ธุรกิจ และระบบความมั่นคงของรัฐทั่วโลก
ด้วยเหตุนี้ ประเทศไทยจึงไม่ได้ยืนอยู่ในสนามรบนี้เพื่อตอบโต้เพื่อนบ้าน หากแต่ยืนอยู่ แนวหน้าในการปกป้องเสถียรภาพของภูมิภาค และความมั่นคงของประชาคมโลก
การดำเนินการของประเทศไทยตั้งแต่การตัดเส้นทางยุทธปัจจัย การลดขีดความสามารถในการใช้กำลังรบ ไปจนถึงการสกัดกั้นโครงสร้างสนับสนุนของอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ ตั้งอยู่บนหลักการที่ชัดเจนและสอดคล้องกับบรรทัดฐานสากล คือ
‘ลดภัยคุกคาม ไม่ขยายสงคราม ปกป้องประชาชน ไม่ทำร้ายผู้บริสุทธิ์’
ประเทศไทยยึดมั่นในกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศ หลักมนุษยธรรม และสิทธิในการป้องกันตนเองของรัฐอธิปไตย พร้อมย้ำอย่างชัดเจนว่า ประชาชนชาวกัมพูชาไม่ใช่ศัตรู เพราะศัตรูที่แท้จริงคือ เครือข่ายอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ และโครงสร้างอำนาจที่ใช้ความรุนแรงเพื่อหล่อเลี้ยงผลประโยชน์ผิดกฎหมาย
ประเทศไทยกำลังทำหน้าที่ในฐานะผู้รับผิดชอบต่อความมั่นคงร่วมของโลก (Responsible Security Actor) และพร้อมยืนหยัดเคียงข้างนานาประเทศในฐานะ เพื่อนร่วมรบ เพื่อหยุดยั้งภัยคุกคามรูปแบบใหม่นี้
สิ่งที่ประเทศไทยกำลังทำไม่ใช่เพียงเพื่ออธิปไตยของตนเอง แต่เพื่อทำให้ โลกปลอดจากอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติและเพื่อ อนาคตของลูกหลานของเราทุกคน

Thailand is not fighting Cambodia. Thailand is confronting global crime. This is not a border war; it is a war against the Scam Army.
These transnational criminal networks pose a direct threat to the global financial system, cybersecurity, and public safety across many countries. The impact of the Scam Army is not confined to any single region—it extends to people, businesses, and national security systems worldwide.
For this reason, Thailand does not stand on the battlefield to retaliate against a neighbor. Thailand stands on the front line to protect regional stability and contribute to global security.
Thailand’s actions ranging from cutting logistical and operational lifelines, degrading the capacity for armed violence, to dismantling transnational criminal support structures are guided by clear principles aligned with international norms:
“Reduce threats, not expand war. Protect civilians, not harm the innocent.”
Thailand remains firmly committed to international law, humanitarian principles, and the inherent right of self-defense of a sovereign state, while emphasizing clearly that the Cambodian people are not the enemy. The true adversary is transnational criminal networks and power structures that sustain illegal interests through violence.
Thailand is acting as a Responsible Security Actor, standing shoulder to shoulder with nations around the world as partners in this fight, determined to stop this emerging threat.
What Thailand is doing today is not only for its own sovereignty, but to free the world from transnational crime and to protect the future of generations to come.
