วันที่ 10 ต.ค.68 ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการกองทัพภาคที่ 2 สรุปสถานการณ์ตามแนวชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา ประจำวันที่ 10 ตุลาคม 2568 (ณ เวลา 14.00 น.)
สถานการณ์โดยรวม มีการตรวจพบความเคลื่อนไหวของฝ่ายกัมพูชา โดยตรวจพบโดรนบริเวณช่อง อานม้า 3 ลำ, ช่องโดนเอาว์ 1 ลำ, ปราสาทตาควาย 2 ลำ และช่องโอบก 7 ลำ อีกทั้งยังตรวจพบกลุ่มควันสีขาวบริเวณหลังภูผี คาดว่าเป็นการอุ่นเครื่องรถถังอยู่กับที่ และตรวจพบรถบรรทุก 22 ล้อ ขนาดใหญ่คลุมผ้าใบสีดำ 1 คัน มุ่งหน้าไปยังพื้นที่แนวชายแดน คาดว่าอาจจะบรรทุกยุทโธปกรณ์ทางทหาร ปัจจุบันกองกำลังทั้ง 2 ฝ่าย ยังคงวางกำลังตามแนวที่มั่นของตนเอง ฝ่ายไทยจัดกำลังพลประจำจุดเฝ้าตรวจตามเหตุการณ์ เพื่อติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวของฝ่ายตรงข้าม และเตรียมความพร้อม ในการปฏิบัติตอบโต้ตามสถานการณ์

วันนี้ (10 ต.ค.68) เวลา 10.00 น. กองทัพภาคที่ 2 เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณะกองเลขานุการฯ ตามคำเชิญของฝ่ายกัมพูชา เพื่อหารือแนวทางการเตรียมความพร้อมในการประชุมคณะกรรมการชายแดนส่วนภูมิภาค (Regional Border Committee – RBC) ไทย – กัมพูชา สมัยวิสามัญ โดยครั้งนี้ประเทศกัมพูชาเป็นเจ้าภาพ
การประชุมมี พลตรี กัมปนาท วาพันสุ เสนาธิการศูนย์ปฏิบัติการกองทัพภาคที่ 2 ทำหน้าที่ประธานฝ่ายไทย และ พลจัตวา นิต ณารงค์ รองเสนาธิการภูมิภาคทหารที่ 4 ทำหน้าที่ประธานฝ่ายกัมพูชา โดยได้หารือและพิจารณาประเด็นสำคัญร่วมกัน ดังนี้
1) ยืนยันให้มีการประชุมคณะกรรมการชายแดนส่วนภูมิภาค RBC
2) การกำหนดวันและเวลาการประชุมใน ห้วงวันที่ 15 -17ตุลาคม 2568
3) การจัดสถานที่ประชุม ณ จุดผ่านแดนถาวรช่องจอม อ.กาบเชิง จ.สุรินทร์ โดย กัมพูชาเป็นเจ้าภาพหลัก
4) การพิจารณาระเบียบวาระ และสาระสำคัญของการประชุม ประกอบด้วย แผนการเคลื่อนย้ายอาวุธหนักกลับสู่ที่ตั้งปกติ ที่มีรายละเอียดสามารถปฏิบัติได้จริง ภายใต้การสังเกตการณ์และการตรวจสอบของกลุ่มประสานงาน (CG) รวมทั้ง ยืนยัน ความร่วมมือในการกำจัดทุ่นระเบิดตามหลักมนุษยธรรม
ทั้งนี้ การประชุม RBC ถือเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการสร้างความร่วมมือ เสริมสร้างความเข้าใจ และธำรงรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อยในพื้นที่ชายแดนไทย – กัมพูชา เพื่อให้ประชาชนของทั้งสองประเทศสามารถอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างมั่นคงและสันติสุข
กองทัพภาคที่ 2 ขอให้พี่น้องประชาชนเชื่อมั่นว่า ฝ่ายไทยจะดำเนินการด้วยความรอบคอบและมุ่งมั่น เพื่อรักษาผลประโยชน์สูงสุดของประเทศชาติ ความปลอดภัยของประชาชน และอธิปไตยของชาติไทยอย่างเต็มกำลัง

2nd Army Area Operations Center Summary of the Situation along the Thai–Cambodian Border Date : 10 October 2025 (14:00 hrs)
Overall Situation
Movement of Cambodian forces has been detected, including unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) observed in several areas: three drones near Chong Arn Ma, one near Chong Done Ao, two near Ta Kwai Temple, and seven near Chong Obok. In addition, white smoke was seen behind Phu Phee Hill, believed to be from the idling of stationary tanks. A large 22-wheeled truck covered with a black tarpaulin was also spotted heading toward the border area, possibly transporting military equipment.
At present, both Thai and Cambodian forces remain stationed at their respective defensive positions. The Thai side has deployed personnel to observation posts to monitor movements by the opposing forces and maintain readiness to respond appropriately to any situation that may arise.

On 10 October 2025, at 10:00 hrs, the 2nd Army Area participated in a meeting of the Joint Secretariat Committee at the invitation of the Cambodian side, to discuss preparations for the upcoming Special Session of the Regional Border Committee (RBC) between Thailand and Cambodia, for which Cambodia will serve as host.
The meeting was co-chaired by Major General Kampanat Waphansoo, Chief of Staff of the 2nd Army Operations Center, representing Thailand, and Brigadier General Nit Narong, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Cambodian Region 4 Command. Key discussion points included:
1. Confirmation to convene the RBC meeting.
2. Agreement to hold the meeting between 15–17 October 2025.
3. Arrangement of the meeting venue at Chong Chom Permanent Border Crossing, Kap Choeng District, Surin Province, with Cambodia serving as the primary host.
4. Consideration of the meeting’s agenda and key issues, including the plan for the relocation of heavy weapons to their normal positions, to be conducted under Coordination Group (CG) supervision and verification, and reaffirmation of cooperation in humanitarian mine clearance efforts.
The RBC meeting serves as a vital mechanism to strengthen cooperation, enhance mutual understanding, and maintain peace and order along the Thai–Cambodian border—ensuring that people on both sides can coexist in security and harmony.
The 2nd Army Area reassures the public that Thailand will act with prudence, determination, and in the best interests of the nation—upholding the safety of its citizens and protecting Thai sovereignty to the fullest extent.
